They can enter your name or affiliate code on the Build Your Cart form, or give your name or code to Fire & Ash when speaking with the team by phone.
How long do I stay tied to a referral?
You remain tied to that lead across future sales while you are active in the affiliate program.
When do I get paid?
After the customer invoice is paid and delivery is completed, your commission is paid by wire within 7 days.
Do I need to sell the cart myself?
No. Your role is to make the right introduction. Fire & Ash handles the sales process from there.
